All States regulate the practice of nursing, and a nurse could lose his or her registered nurse license or practical nurse license for different reasons in different states.   An RN license may be temporarily suspended or permanently revoked - either can affect your ability to get a job. Besides being qualified, you are also getting employees who are dependable, trustworthy, and compassionate. Your privacy will be respected and your confidentiality maintained.  A nurse who has criminal convictions or who is practicing outside her legal scope can also lose her license.  Failure to delegate a task or supervise the person to whom the task was delegated is another possible cause for disciplinary action.  Negligent or unsafe practice; failure to make a mandatory report and failure to protect patients are all possible reasons for a nurse to lose her license.   

Today, having lost your license in the healthcare field will result in non-recertification and a permanent ban on your field in the healthcare Industry. Your name and title will be announced throughout every national medical certification and licensing board across the U.S.  You will not be transfer to other nursing jobs in State or out of State.
